With RPGUI installed there is nothing in front either way and they are all the same color. Normally with Quest Completist it lists all Quests, which it still does, but quests you have completed are a different color than quests you have not completed, and quests you have completed also have a checkmark in front of them whereas quests you have not completed simply have the '!' in front.
